🏡 Villas & Rooms

  • Most rooms are shared between two guests (double bed or twin beds).
    Private rooms are available at x2 the shared price, depending on availability.

  • The Budget Hotspot is a sofa bed located in the living room, available for two guests.
    It’s an affordable option for friends or duos who don’t mind sharing an open space.
    💶 €350 per person for the week (€700 total for two).

  • Yes, it’s suitable for a one-week stay.
    However, it’s an open-space sleeping option, not a bedroom. We recommend it for easy-going guests who prioritize vibe and experience over privacy.

🚗 Transport & Getting Around

  • No worries there is always a solution.
    Ubers are widely available during festival season, and car rentals in Portugal are very affordable.

  • Yes. Through Black Escape Collective, private drivers can be arranged as an optional service to and from the festival, beaches, and activities.

  • Villas in Portimão itself are very limited and extremely expensive.
    Staying nearby allows us to offer larger villas, private pools, better comfort, and a better overall experience without compromising access to the festival.

👥 Community, Vibe & Villa Referent

    It’s festive, but grown. Social, but never chaotic.

  • Each villa has a Referent (Peacekeeper & Connector).
    They:

    • manage check-in and check-out with the property owner

    • ensure everyone feels comfortable and respected

    • maintain harmony within the villa

    • act as the link between guests and the Black Escape team

    • connect with other villa referents to organize group activities

  • Yes. If you’re responsible, positive, and community-minded, you can apply.

    Referent benefits:

    • €150 discount on your stay

    • €150 bonus at the end of the week
      → €300 total benefit
      (An amount of staying is sill required)

💬 Group Communication & Arrival

  • Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll be added to a private WhatsApp group dedicated to your villa.

  • It allows you to:

    • meet the other guests before arrival

    • receive all practical information (arrival, logistics, activities)

    • start connecting before the experience even begins

  • Your Villa Referent will welcome you and be your main on-site contact throughout the stay.

    Connection starts before arrival not on day one.

    There are many official festivities, partner events, and lively parties organized throughout the week.
    However, hosting loud or large parties inside the accommodations is not allowed.

    Our villas are spaces for rest, connection, and respectful shared moments — not venues for noisy events.
