Each villa has a Referent (Peacekeeper & Connector) the person who manages check-in and check-out with the owner, ensures harmony inside the villa, and keeps communication flowing with the Black Escape team.
Referents also coordinate with other villas to organize group activities like hot-air balloon rides, buggy tours, dinners, and Algarve adventures — helping guests connect before the festival even starts.
